By accessing or using Lense Analytics (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

Lense provides financial and macroeconomic data, charts, and analysis for informational purposes. You may view, browse, and reference content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual Property & Data Use

The data, calculations, indicators, charts, and written analysis published on Lense represent substantial original work — including aggregation, cleaning, and computation not readily available elsewhere — and are the property of Lense Analytics. Reproduction, redistribution, bulk extraction, or commercial use of this content, including for the training of machine learning or AI models, requires prior written permission from Lense Analytics. Where reuse is permitted, clear attribution to Lense Analytics is required.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use automated systems — including bots, scrapers, or crawlers — to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce, or to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls, or technical protections. You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying methodology of Lense's proprietary calculations beyond what is publicly disclosed.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lense Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to These Terms
